Many of you will know Dot Broady Hawkes from the Nostalgia page which she writes in the Ormskirk Advertiser. She is currently giving a series of talks about the West Lancashire District on a Monday afternoon at the Civic Hall in Ormskirk.
The next one will be about the Civil War in this area and will start at 1pm on the 19th March 2018.
This will be followed by a talk on Entertainment in the area, and will be on Monday 26th March, again beginning at 1pm. Each talk lasts for about 90 mins.
The talks have been sponsored by the Ormskirk Community Partnership, and there is no charge for admittance. All welcome.
