Good afternoon

Firstly my apolgoes for the late delivery of this announcement but I am only now catching up with the 1700+ emails I have received during my time away!

I am pleased to announce that Rob WHITE was co-opted as an additional member of the Executive Committee at a meeting held on Saturday July 14th.

Initially Rob will be shadowing David SMETHAM in his role as Communications Officer. David will be standing down at the AGM on March 23rd 2013.

Rob will be known by many of our member societies for the work he did as the Data Co-ordinator for the FFHS Services Company whilst working as a contractor for FFHS Services Ltd.

Rob was a founder member of the Family & Community History Research Society and the Gloucester Street History Group in Winchcombe, Gloucestershire. He is also a member of the Gloucestershire FHS, and the Barr & Aston LHS in Birmingham.

We welcome him to the team.

Regards

David HOLMAN

Chairman

The Federation of Family History Societies (FFHS)
