                                                   Sunday 12 May 2024, 11.00 to 17.00

ORMSKIRK MEDIAEVAL WEEKEND – Volunteer Rota for ODFHS Displays/Stall

Volunteer helpers are required for the following slots (tick any or all that you are prepared to do). The coordinator will then contact you with further details. (If flexible, tick all possible slots and add note eg “up to maximum 2 slots on any one day” – this will allow the coordinator greater flexibility in planning)
The coordinator will arrange delivery of any material and equipment to site at start of day and removal at end of day.
